NICKSON'S MACHINE SHOP, INC. has been a FAA Certified Repair Station since 1966. Nickson's is FAA-PMA approved to manufacture various reciprocating engine cylinder barrels. Nickson's also holds a STC on these barrels and their use in the re-barreling of engine cylinders. ION-NICtm cylinder barrels are specially heat-treated; nitrided steel barrels that are corrosion resistant when compared to factory nitrided barrels. These cylinder barrels answer many problems today, offering the superior wear quality of a nitrided surface, versatility in piston ring selection, and patented, additional corrosion resistance. The best of all worlds.

Nickson's performs Certified NDT inspection to Level 2 specifications in Magnaflux, Liquid Penetrant, and Ultrasonic disciplines.
